You're greeted with the sound of a bell hung from a homemade 'open' sign which sets the scene of lots of creativity. The smell of new products, weathered wood and scrummy fabrics entices your senses and then, in every direction, something just a little different to see! The shop's very nature oozes 'reclaimed'. It's filled with used scaffold boards which have been weathered and worn by the feet of builders and other tradesmen. Old ridge tiles make interesting lighting, vessels of the not intended have been used to display stock of buttons, ribbons and decorative pieces to adorn your projects.
The friendly staff's enthusiasm for the subject of all things 'sew-y' is infectious and aims to encourage you to purchase the items you need to do 'your thing'. We can't promise stock to suit all needs but certainly aim to help where practicable and will attempt to source where necessary. KK Design wants your experience when you visit to be a pleasure, helpful and addictive? A lovely place to visit that you can recommend to your friends!
